What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards and corporate cheques as payment.

How do I reserve a spot on a course?

Once payment and registration information is received, you will receive email confirmation of your placement.

Will I get a certificate or other proof of successful course completion?

Yes. Within 48 hours of successful completion, certificates will be available to learners and employers.

I lost my certificate for a course I took with Ikajuqtuk, can I get a replacement?

Yes. Ikajuqtuq offers lifetime electronic certificate archiving. Email us with the details and we'll be happy to provide a replacement.
